Setup Investment - USD $2,000.00 one-time fee

This includes:

  • Prior Authorization Support (Medication and Insurance)

  • Clearinghouse and Billing System Setup

  • Fax and Email Setup

  • Back-office Operations during setup (Phones, Fax, Email, and Appointments)
